Something not working, an idea, or a player to report? Write to unrealtennis@pm.me. Say which phone you play on (iPhone, Android or a browser) and your player name if it is about online play. We answer within a few days.

How do I play?

Move with the stick on the left, swing with your right thumb: hold while the ball comes (the power fills), then swipe - up for topspin, down for a slice, straight for a flat drive, a quick dip and up for a lob. The How to play screen and the Academy's basics (two minutes) show it all. A game controller or a keyboard works too.

I have a new phone. How do I keep my player?

On the old phone: Player → Move to another device gives you a code. On the new phone, enter it in the same place within 30 minutes. Your name, rating, coins, gear and progress move over.

My coins or gear look wrong

Once you have played online, your coins and gear are kept on our server. Open the game with a connection and they are brought up to date; buying in the Locker needs a connection too.

Notifications don't arrive

Check that the Notify me… switch under Player is on, and that notifications for SweetSpot Tennis are allowed in your phone's settings. They tell you about challenges and tournament matches while the game is closed.

Game Center and Google Play Games

Achievements and the leaderboards for the tour ranking and the fastest serve appear in Game Center on iPhone and in Google Play Games on Android, when you are signed in there. The game plays the same without them.

Reporting a player

Tap the player's name, then Report or Block. A blocked player can't see you online, challenge you or notify you.
