Delete your data

SweetSpot Tennis has no sign-up: your online player is a nickname, kept on our server under a secret key your phone makes. The things kept on our server are the nickname you play online under, its ranking (points, matches played, won and lost, and dates), your game coins and gear, your daily and weekly challenge scores and, only if you chose Keep your player safe, a copy of your progress linked to your Game Center or Google Play Games account (the full list is in the privacy policy). Deleting them removes all of it from the server; nothing is kept back. (The app keeps its own copy of your coins and gear on the phone.)

In the app (instant)

Open SweetSpot Tennis and tap Player on the home screen.
Scroll to Your data and tap Delete my online name and ranking.
Confirm. Your nickname, ranking, coins and gear on the server, your challenge scores and any progress copy are deleted straight away.

To also clear everything saved on the phone itself (coins, gear, progress, career), tap Erase everything on this phone, or uninstall the app.

Deleting only some of your data

You can delete parts of your data and keep playing under your nickname:

Player → Stop keeping it (under Keep your player safe) deletes the link to your Game Center or Google Play Games account and the copy of your progress on the server.
Player → Notify me switched off deletes your phone's notification address from the server.
For anything else, email unrealtennis@pm.me with your nickname and what you want deleted. We do it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email unrealtennis@pm.me with the subject Delete my SweetSpot Tennis data and the nickname you played under. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is not affected

Web server logs, which include IP addresses, are deleted automatically after 14 days in any case. Nothing else about you is stored - see the privacy policy.
